Above-standard extended warranty

The above-standard extended warranty provided by the manufacturer is a warranty beyond the statutory warranty period.

Before making a claim, please note that the warranty does not apply to:

• Defects caused by using the watch in breach of its instructions for use, and its recommended care, its modifications or unprofessional intervention. Instructions for use of the watch and proper care principles are given in the instructions for use.
• Errors caused by fires or other natural disasters.
• Cases where a proper and complete warranty card or proof of sale is not submitted during a complaint.
• Wear of the watch caused by normal use or use contrary to the instructions for use and care of the watch. It is mainly the wear to the glass, case and bracelet or strap or the battery wear while it is in the watch.
• Complaints about parameters and functions that are in accordance with the parameters and functions stated in the instructions for use.
• Errors caused by repairs or modifications that were carried out by other than authorised service of the brand.

Attention

• If a complaint is made in a country other than the country where the watch was purchased, it may take longer to process it.
• Please familiarise yourself with the parameters and how to use the watch in the instructions for use that are included in the package of each watch. If your watch is marked as watertight, we recommend that you check the watertightness at an authorised service center at least once a year.
• The provision of the guarantee does not affect the rights of the buyer, which are bound to the purchase of things according to special legal regulations.
